The Pandoras Box Master can send and receive LTC SMTPE via the USB SMPTE Link interface.

To connect the SMPTE Link please refer to Configuration tab, section SMPTE Time Code. Then go to Sequence Inspector to set up the "Mode", "Offset" and "Stop Action".
